Loizos Iordanou Constructions Ltd was established in 1991 and is the successful growth and expansion of a building company, which was formed in 1977. 

We have planned, designed, engineered, constructed and managed major projects of all types throughout Cyprus and we are proud to serve our clients in all facets of infrastructure development and construction.  I am also dedicated to strengthening the company and with the commitment of our management team and valued staff; we have made excellent progress throughout the years.  We have recognized change and certainly endorse it as we have recently taken major steps to implementing a restructure of the company and a further growth expansion plan. 

The tangible signs and positive results of our focused efforts on many fronts are now being seen. They reflect the impact of a solid, long-term strategy for positive change and reflect the long-term investments injected into the company.

We are reinventing the company on a number of levels by implementing business development systems in order that we will be able to respond with exceptional speed, innovation and flexibility to the competitive challenges within our business environment. 

As part of the initiative and positive change to improve our performance, we have undertaken a long-term plan and successfully completed a number of feasibility studies in selective countries.  As a result, we have platformed our operations into these regions, including Greece and Romania.  These campaigns have been strategic in order to improve our profitability and raise our profile and we look forward to future opportunities through exploring new horizons and expanding our presence.

We are selective when accepting contracts, only participating in projects where we can effectively utilize our expertise and technology and by doing so; these efforts enhance our profitability as we forge ahead.

The secondary area of change has been the rebranding of the company "Loizos Iordanou Constructions Ltd", which comes with the expansion growth and reflects the commitment to embed quality, compliance and business integrity throughout our operations. Our diverse and comprehensive offerings are a natural extension of our experience and core skills, and these positive changes allow Loizos Iordanou Constructions Ltd to grow and adapt to an ever-changing world that evolves before us and to better serve our clients.
