Going forward, Loizos Iordanou Constructions Ltd’s strategy for maintaining growth is to continue leading in commercial property development and housing in Cyprus. However, emphasis is also placed on expansion into new rising markets such as Greece the Middle East and emerging European countries, including Romania. This shift is a natural development in order to meet market trends and fulfill demands triggered by economic growth, infrastructure development, movement in lifestyle requirements and changing government policies; and will also spread risks across other segments of the market. 

The corporation expects more projects in commercial property development and housing within these areas, as a number of new projects are currently in the pipeline and other potential development sites undergoing feasibility studies.
